Kabir Israni is the Founder of Raveum, a platform built to provide secure, compliant access to institutional quality U.S. real estate investing. After experiencing firsthand the opacity and friction of traditional real estate markets, he founded Raveum to create a more transparent, disciplined, and investor aligned ownership model. Today, Kabir focuses on building compliant investment structures that expand access to high quality, income producing assets and serves on advisory boards of emerging companies.

Glenn Hanson is the Founder and majority shareholder of Colony Hills Capital, with over four decades of experience leading and managing commercial real estate organizations. Over 17 years, he sourced, structured, and closed 36 properties totaling more than 12,000 units and over $1.2 billion in value across the United States. His experience strengthens Raveum’s approach to underwriting discipline, asset selection, and long term real estate strategy.
