Four steps from your application to your first client introduction.
Apply with a short profile of yourself and your firm, verify your email and complete a short compliance application. The Raveum team reviews every application, and your dashboard shows where yours stands at each stage. Once approved, you can start introducing eligible clients straight away.
Approved partners get a library of client explainers and documentation, organised in folders and downloaded through secure links. The material explains fractional ownership of US property, the LRS limit and TCS on LRS remittance in plain terms, so client conversations feel familiar from the start.
Invite a client by email or record them privately. Your client signs up in the Raveum app, verifies their identity and reads each deal's full offering documents before investing. Every deal passes Raveum's review before it appears, and the documents support your own US real estate sponsor due diligence.
Raise a support request from your dashboard and it goes straight to the Raveum team. Our partner team in India can help with the portal, offering documents and client onboarding. You can then bring new investment opportunities for clients without slowing your practice.

Send an email invitation with a link to download the Raveum app, valid for 30 days. Or record the client privately, without emailing them, and the introduction is registered to your name straight away.

Your dashboard groups every client into invited, signed up, KYC verified and invested. Filter by stage and see the amount each client has invested.
Dates And Amounts
Open any client record to see when they were invited, signed up, completed identity verification and invested. The record also shows the amount of each investment and when the invitation expires.

07STRUCTURE
What sits behind every offering your clients see: the US exemptions, the India route, the checks before investing and the documents clients receive. Offerings cover income-producing US commercial property, including net lease, self-storage and multifamily.
Offerings are made under SEC exemptions and are not registered with the SEC. Clients in India invest under Regulation S, the exemption for investors outside the US. Rule 506(c) under Regulation D applies to verified accredited investors in the US. Interests are offered in private placements to eligible investors only, and are not offered to the general public.
Your clients invest through the route built for where they live. For clients in India, that is the India route, which runs under the RBI Liberalised Remittance Scheme (LRS). Each route comes with its own overseas investment rules, such as the LRS limit and TCS on LRS
Before a client can reserve shares, the app checks their identity, their eligibility for the offering and, where needed, their tax details. Every check also runs on Raveum's servers, so no step can be skipped.
Every deal is held in its own legal entity and comes with complete offering documents covering the sponsor, the deal structure and the risks, which supports your US real estate sponsor due diligence. After investing, clients receive US tax forms such as the K-1 and 1042-S in the app, ready for their CA to use in Indian filings, including Schedule FA for foreign property. Clients should consult qualified advisers before making any investment decision.

No. You are making an introduction, not executing a transaction or advising on a security. Your client completes their own onboarding, eligibility checks and documentation directly with Raveum through the app. You keep the relationship, and Raveum handles everything that follows.
Commercial terms are set out in your partner agreement before you begin, with no hidden conditions. Your agreement is shared with you during approval, so you know exactly where you stand before you introduce anyone.
No. Applying and being approved costs nothing. The partner dashboard, your verified public profile page and the client resource library all come with an approved partner account.
Yes, if they live in India. They can remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year under the RBI LRS. TCS on LRS remittance applies above ₹10 lakh a year and can be claimed back through their ITR. See the LRS guide.
